Approximate location - In the Humber Estuary off Grimsby

Hit by anti aircraft fire and crashed into the sea near Grimsby. The Pilot, Oblt H Bannert, and Engineer, Uffz Willi Göhring, were not recovered and are listed as missing. Commemorated on the Laboe Naval Memorial at Kiel.
August Schmitz, Georg Werder and Eduard Zahn now rest the the Grimsby Scartho Cemetery.
