22 Sept 1942 - 103 Sqn Conversion Flight, RAF Elsham Wolds - Handley Page Halifax I - W1243 - W/O Reginald J Fulbrook DFC and crew - Training.
Location – In the immediate vicinity of the RAF Elsham Wolds airfield.
Whilst undertaking practise overshoots on 3 engines the aircraft stalled in the circuit whilst still on 3 engines and rolled inverted and crashed.
Reginald Fulbrook was the instructor and Nickolas Hrehorak the pilot under instruction.
The six crew were killed.
